Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

OFP Farms accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
All orders ship from our location in West Point, California via USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states using standard USPS shipping options.
Shipping transit times usually range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may take a few extra days.
If your shipping address is different from your billing address, your order may be reviewed before shipment. If needed, we will contact you. This may delay processing.
Please keep in mind that we are a small shop and make our products in small batches. We do our very best to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact USPS first to report the issue.
If your package is believed to be stolen, you will need to report it to your local police department. OFP Farms is not responsible for stolen packages.
If USPS loses your package, please contact us. We can open an inquiry with the carrier and try to have the package located. If USPS confirms the package is a complete loss, we will reship your order at no charge, as long as the items are still in stock.
OFP Farms is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to third-party carriers, transport companies, or courier forwarding services.
Damaged Packages
Damaged packages are rare, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
We handle damaged package claims on a case-by-case basis. We carefully pack and ship our products, and we will help file a claim with the carrier when needed.
If we determine the damage was due to a packing mistake on our end, we will gladly replace the damaged product at no charge.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order.
We accept exchanges or refunds within 15 days of purchase for unused products in their original packaging. Refunds are issued minus shipping costs.
Please inspect your items when they arrive. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept used products back into our inventory.
