Refund policy

***All ingredients are specifically listed on each listing. Please read ingredient content closely. Due to the nature of the products we produce, we are not able to issue refunds as each ingredient is clearly listed.

Call for Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any merchandise. All returns must be packaged so contents will not be damaged in shipping, with shipping prepaid (no C.O.D.'s accepted) and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Special orders are prepaid and no returns accepted. All returned merchandise will be given In-store Credit

Refunds and/or replacements will only be given for defective items. Item(s) will need to be returned to us prior to a refund being issued.

Should an item be damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can open a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refunds will not be given on any custom orders. Replacements for custom order items will only be allowed if the item is defective.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs.

Old Fashioned Polly reserves the right to alter or change the design, material, specifications, and suppliers of all products offered without incurring liability or obligation with respect to similar products and suppliers previously included in any catalog or web site listing.
